Aufgaben
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator who will be responsible for overall management, coordination, delivery and successful implementation of a project across different continents. This is a unique opportunity to lead and cooperate with several private sector partners to support members of agricultural supply chains in seven countries across Asia, Africa and South America. The aim of the Project is the compliance with new EU regulations and market access conditions (Organic Regulation (EU) 2018/848, EUDR) and to foster sustainability in their production.

Project Implementation
- Lead the implementation and day-to-day management of the project ensuring compliance and quality of the deliverables including regular reporting
- Lead and manage project implementation teams and ensure effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare the technical and financial scope of contracts / tenders for the services to be procured
- Conduct regular needs and risk assessments on all countries to track priorities and evolving contexts
- Review and update the operational plans and results matrix
- Work closely with internal experts to ensure development of training materials in line with the need of the target groups (farmers and cooperatives)
- Work closely with partners and experts in activities to strengthen the value chains
- Coordinate that training, policy, advocacy and capacity building activities are carried out in line with the implementation plan
- Ensure the establishment of the demonstration plots
Project Management
- Manage and monitor the efficient utilisation of the project budget
- Ensure compliance with Donor’s eligibility requirements
- Coordinate financal workflows across teams
- Review invoices and supporting documents and provide approvals
- Manage the procurement processeses required
- Track and maintain the detailed country and partner reportings
- Act as main point of contact for the regular audits of the project
